Quality Policy

Environmental Policy
We minimise environmental impact through responsible waste management, fuel-efficient operations, and compliance with Austrian environmental law.
Health & Safety Policy
All operations comply with the Austrian ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzgesetz (ASchG) and relevant EU directives on occupational health and safety.
Complaints Policy
Complaints regarding workmanship or project conduct should be submitted in writing to our quality team at the domain contact address, including the project reference number, site address, and a description of the concern. We acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days, in line with Austrian construction contract law (ÖNORM B 2110).
